Grindhouse cinema — exploitation, blaxploitation, biker, kung fu, slasher, giallo — has the highest ROI track record in film. The Texas Chain Saw Massacre returned 214× on a $140k budget. Halloween returned 215×. Night of the Living Dead, 263×. That is the tradition we fund — and the only streaming platform purpose-built for it.
The slate funds the platform. The platform sells the slate.
Subscription streaming on one side; arranger fees and carry on every grindhouse film we co-finance on the other. Each new title compounds both sides of the flywheel.
The audience is the cap table.
Our investors are our most rabid subscribers and our loudest marketers — the people who already own the Blu-ray, the t-shirt, and the bootleg. We don't buy an audience. We onboard one cap table at a time.
